Our journey began simply – with a desire to help people unlock the power of massage therapy from the comfort of their own homes. As avid athletes and fitness enthusiasts ourselves, we understand first-hand how instrumental massage is for muscle recovery, increased circulation, reduced soreness, and overall wellbeing. However, we also recognized the barriers that exist with accessing professional massage regularly. It’s expensive, time consuming, and requires going to a massage facility.
That sparked our idea – what if we could develop a handheld massage device that provided therapeutic, percussive massage anytime, anywhere? A device that packed the power of professional, clinic-grade massage guns into a compact, lightweight body. Something affordable and accessible to everyone.
And so, Cryotex® Massage Gun was born.
After over a year of research, design, engineering and testing, we launched the Cryotex® Massage Gun in 2021. Equipped with a high-torque motor to drive deep tissue massage, multiple massage heads for targeted relief, and a long-lasting battery to support hours of use per charge, our massage gun delivers effective MYOFASCIAL RELEASE and PERCUSSION THERAPY with the simple press of a button. It’s like having a professional masseuse at your fingertips – to use whenever and wherever muscle soreness strikes.
Since our initial launch, we have continued perfecting and expanding the Cryotex® Massage Gun line. We now offer massage guns with various power and speed settings to accommodate different massage needs and preferences. They come bundled with unique accessories like heating heads, cryotherapy attachments, and travel cases. And we’ve made them available direct-to-consumer through our online store as well as through select retail partners.
But for us, Cryotex® is about more than just selling massage guns. It’s about empowering people to take charge of their health, wellness and recovery. We want to make therapeutic massage accessible for everyone – from pro athletes and active gym-goers to busy parents and weekend warriors. Our Founder & CEO
Cryotex® was founded in 2020 by entrepreneur and self-care advocate Justin Cryer. As a former collegiate athlete and lifelong fitness junkie, Justin learned firsthand the incredible benefits of massage therapy for muscle recovery and injury prevention. However, as a busy professional and parent, he found it difficult to access those benefits regularly.
So Justin made it his mission to create a powerful, portable massage device that delivered targeted relief whenever and wherever his sore muscles needed it most. After rounds of research and design, the first Cryotex® Massage Gun was born – packed with the percussive power Justin wished he had on the sidelines back in his playing days.
As CEO, Justin continues leading our team in developing innovative massage products and making massage more accessible. He also oversees Cryotex’s charitable partnerships focused on veterans’ health, adaptive athletics, and fitness-based youth programs.
When he’s not busy with Cryotex®, you can find Justin spending time with family, staying active outdoors, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and dreaming up his next game-changing wellness product. Justin’s vision, passion for massage therapy, and commitment to helping others guides Cryotex® as we deliver the muscle recovery tools and expertise people need to live healthy, active lives.

Cryotex® Massage Guns are our flagship offering. We currently produce four main massage gun models – each equipped with a unique set of features to target different needs:
- Cryotex® Power Massage Gun – Our original deep tissue massage gun. Delivers 60 lbs of no-stall force and 5 adjustable speeds up to 3200 percussions per minute. Ideal percussive therapy for pre/post workout or deep muscle treatment.
- Cryotex® Elite Massage Gun – Our most powerful massage gun. Drives 90 lbs of stall-force with 6 speed settings up to 3800 RPM. Advanced sound insulation for quiet operation. Ideal for focused myofascial release and chronic muscle tightness.
- Cryotex® Revive Massage Gun – Ultra-quiet with 45 lbs stall force and 5 speeds up to 3100 RPM. Designed for full-body massage, everyday recovery, and sensitive muscle groups.
- Cryotex® Flex Massage Gun – Our most compact massage gun at just 1.8 lbs. Delivers 30 lbs stall force and 5 speeds up to 2500 RPM. Ideal for targeted massage on the go. Includes travel case.
In addition to our core massage gun line, we offer several specialty Cryotex® products:
- Cryotex® Hot and Cold Massage Kit – Includes both heating and cryotherapy attachments to help prepare muscles before or recover after massage.
- Cryotex® Whole Body Wellness Kit – Extended bundle includes our Elite Massage Gun plus supplementary attachments like massage balls, rolling stick, and vibration massage pad.
- Cryotex® Massage Oils – Botanical massage oils formulated to pair with percussion massage. Help glide the massage head and hydrate skin.
